Question 1

What is RONGOshield?

Accepted Answer

RONGOshield is an AI-assisted safety coordination platform developed by GoRONGO Private Limited. It combines intelligent software coordination with a verified network of trained human professionals to help individuals, enterprises, and institutions manage personal safety, protective services, and emergency response coordination. RONGOshield does not replace emergency services — it works alongside them to coordinate verified human response when it matters most.

Question 2

How is RONGOshield different from traditional security services?

Accepted Answer

Traditional security services typically operate in isolation — a guard at a gate, a patrol on a route. RONGOshield connects people, coordination teams, and verified response partners through a unified platform. Our AI-assisted coordination layer (STOMIAS and ORCA) processes situational data in real time, while trained human professionals make every operational decision. This means faster coordination, better situational awareness, and a more connected response — not just a person standing at a post.

Question 3

Who is RONGOshield designed for?

Accepted Answer

RONGOshield serves three primary groups. Individuals who need personal safety support — including women, professionals, and frequent travellers. Enterprises that require coordinated security operations for their workforce, assets, and facilities. Institutions such as universities, hospitals, hotels, and event organizers that need scalable, technology-assisted safety coordination across complex environments.

Question 4

Where is RONGOshield currently available?

Accepted Answer

RONGOshield is currently in active development and operational deployment in India, with initial operations centred in Hyderabad. Availability of specific services depends on partner network coverage in your area. We are actively expanding our verified partner network across additional cities and regions. Contact us at info@rongoshield.in to discuss availability in your location.

Question 5

How does RONGOshield work?

Accepted Answer

When a user activates a safety feature — such as a Protected Journey or a Live Safety Support request — the RONGOshield platform notifies the Coordination Team, who monitor the situation in real time. If escalation is required, the Coordination Team contacts the user, assesses the situation, and coordinates the appropriate response from the verified partner network. All coordination is human-led. The platform provides the tools; trained professionals make the decisions.

Question 6

What are Protected Journey, Safety Check-ins, Live Safety Support, Women Priority Support, and Trusted Circle?

Accepted Answer

These are core personal safety features within the RONGOshield platform. Protected Journey monitors a user's route in real time and alerts the Coordination Team if the journey deviates or is not completed as expected. Safety Check-ins allow users to confirm their safety at scheduled intervals. Live Safety Support connects a user directly to the Coordination Team via audio or video when they need immediate assistance. Women Priority Support provides a dedicated coordination pathway for women in distress, with priority escalation protocols. Trusted Circle allows users to designate trusted contacts who receive real-time updates during an active safety event.

Question 7

What are STOMIAS and ORCA?

Accepted Answer

STOMIAS (Situational Threat and Operational Multi-Intelligence Assessment System) is RONGOshield's AI engine that processes real-time situational data — including location, environmental signals, and incident context — to support coordination decisions. ORCA (Operational Response Coordination Architecture) is the coordination layer that structures how information flows between the platform, the Coordination Team, and the partner network. Together, they give human coordinators better information faster — but neither system makes operational decisions autonomously.

Question 8

Does Artificial Intelligence make operational decisions?

Accepted Answer

No. Artificial Intelligence within RONGOshield is used to assist human coordinators — not to replace them. AI processes data, identifies patterns, and surfaces relevant information to the Coordination Team. Every operational decision — including whether to escalate a situation, contact a user, or dispatch a response team — is made by a trained human professional. This Human-in-the-Loop model is a core design principle of the RONGOshield platform.

Question 9

What operational services are currently available?

Accepted Answer

RONGOshield currently offers Personal Protection, Protective Escort Driver services, and Professional Event Security through its verified partner network. Service availability depends on your location and the current coverage of our partner network. We are actively expanding operational capacity. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements and confirm availability in your area.

Question 10

What is Personal Protection?

Accepted Answer

Personal Protection involves the deployment of a trained protection specialist to accompany an individual in situations where personal safety risk has been assessed. This service is coordinated through the RONGOshield platform and delivered by verified partners — which may include qualified Ex-Armed Forces personnel, Ex-Law Enforcement professionals, or licensed protection specialists, depending on the assignment requirements.

Question 11

What is a Protective Escort Driver?

Accepted Answer

A Protective Escort Driver is a trained professional who provides secure transportation with an added layer of safety awareness and coordination capability. Unlike a standard driver, a Protective Escort Driver is briefed on safety protocols, maintains communication with the Coordination Team, and is trained to respond appropriately to developing situations during transit.

Question 12

What does Professional Event Security include?

Accepted Answer

Professional Event Security through RONGOshield covers access control, crowd management, perimeter security, and on-site coordination for events of varying scale. All event security personnel are sourced from our verified partner network and coordinated through the RONGOshield platform, giving event organizers real-time visibility into security operations.

Question 13

Can I schedule services in advance?

Accepted Answer

Yes. RONGOshield supports advance scheduling for operational services including Personal Protection and Protective Escort Driver assignments. Advance scheduling allows the Coordination Team to confirm partner availability, conduct appropriate briefings, and ensure the right resources are in place before your requirement begins. Contact us at info@rongoshield.in or call +91 8142724247 to discuss your scheduling requirements.

Question 14

How quickly does the RONGOshield Coordination Team respond?

Accepted Answer

The RONGOshield Coordination Team aims to acknowledge and engage with active safety events as quickly as operationally possible. Response times depend on the nature of the event, the time of day, and current operational load. We do not publish fixed response time guarantees because doing so would be misleading — what we commit to is that every active safety event is treated with urgency and handled by a trained human coordinator.

Question 15

How quickly can a response team be dispatched?

Accepted Answer

Dispatch times depend on several factors: the location of the incident, the availability of verified partners in that area, traffic and road conditions, the nature and severity of the situation, and whether advance coordination has been arranged. RONGOshield coordinates verified human response as quickly and safely as operational conditions allow. We do not promise fixed dispatch windows because conditions vary and overstating capability would be irresponsible.

Question 16

Can RONGOshield guarantee response within a fixed number of minutes?

Accepted Answer

No. RONGOshield does not guarantee response within a fixed number of minutes. Response and dispatch times are affected by operational availability, location, network coverage, traffic conditions, partner availability, and the nature of the incident. Any service that promises a fixed response time in all circumstances is making a commitment it cannot reliably keep. RONGOshield is committed to honest, responsible communication about what we can and cannot guarantee.

Question 17

What happens after I request assistance?

Accepted Answer

When you activate a safety request through the RONGOshield platform, the Coordination Team is immediately notified. A coordinator will assess the situation — using platform data and direct communication with you where possible — and determine the appropriate response. This may include monitoring, direct contact, coordination with your Trusted Circle, or dispatch of a verified response partner. You will be kept informed throughout the process.

Question 18

Will I receive updates during coordination?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The RONGOshield platform is designed to keep users informed during an active safety event. Updates may be delivered through the app, direct communication from the Coordination Team, or notifications to your Trusted Circle contacts, depending on the nature of the situation and what is operationally appropriate at the time.

Question 19

What factors affect response or dispatch times?

Accepted Answer

Response and dispatch times are affected by: the operational availability of the Coordination Team and verified partners at the time of the incident; the geographic location of the user and the proximity of available partners; traffic, road, and environmental conditions; the nature and severity of the incident; whether the service was pre-scheduled or is an unplanned emergency request; and network and communication conditions at the time.

Question 20

Does RONGOshield replace police, ambulance, or fire services?

Accepted Answer

No. RONGOshield does not replace statutory emergency services. In any life-threatening emergency, you should always contact the relevant emergency services first — police (100/112), ambulance (108), or fire (101). RONGOshield coordinates verified human response as a complementary layer of safety support. Our Coordination Team can assist with escalation to emergency services and provide additional coordination support, but we are not a substitute for statutory emergency response.

Question 21

Are all responders verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. All partners and response personnel within the RONGOshield network undergo a structured verification process that includes credential review, license and compliance checks, and operational assessment before being admitted to the network. Verification standards are maintained on an ongoing basis. Unverified individuals are not deployed through the RONGOshield platform.

Question 22

Are all responders Ex-Armed Forces personnel?

Accepted Answer

Not necessarily. Depending on the nature and requirements of the assignment, deployments through the RONGOshield partner network may include qualified Ex-Armed Forces personnel, Ex-Law Enforcement professionals, licensed private security agencies, and trained protection specialists. The appropriate profile is matched to the specific requirement. We do not claim that all responders hold military or law enforcement backgrounds — that would be inaccurate.

Question 23

How are partners verified?

Accepted Answer

Partners applying to join the RONGOshield network go through a structured onboarding process: Verification (credential, license, compliance, and operational review), Integration (technology onboarding and coordination readiness assessment), and Network Activation (operational readiness confirmation before deployment). Partners who do not meet our standards are not admitted to the network.

Question 24

Is my information secure?

Accepted Answer

RONGOshield is built on a Privacy by Design foundation. Personal data is collected only to the extent necessary for coordination purposes, stored securely, and not shared with third parties beyond what is required to deliver the service. Our platform architecture incorporates security controls at every layer. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
