Incident lifecycle
From signal to verified closure.
STOMIAS handles intelligence. ORCA handles coordination. Together they cover the full incident lifecycle — with human decision gates at every consequential step.
Situational Threat and Operational Multi-source Intelligence Assessment System
Signal intelligence. Context. Clarity.
STOMIAS is the intelligence layer of RONGOshield™. It ingests signals from multiple sources, applies machine learning classification, enriches incidents with contextual data, and produces structured assessments for human review. It does not act — it informs.
Operational Response and Coordination Architecture
Coordination. Dispatch. Accountability.
ORCA is the coordination layer of RONGOshield™. It manages the workflow from operator review through responder dispatch, communication, and verified closure — enforcing human decision gates at every consequential step.
System design
Five architectural layers.
Each layer has a defined responsibility, clean interfaces, and full observability. STOMIAS and ORCA operate as distinct layers within this architecture.
Design principles
Built on four non-negotiable principles.
Human-in-the-Loop by Architecture
Human oversight is a structural constraint, not a configuration option. The workflow engine enforces decision gates at every consequential step. No automated dispatch, escalation, or closure is possible without explicit operator authorisation.
Privacy by Design
Personal data is collected only when operationally necessary, retained only for the minimum required period, and never used for purposes beyond safety coordination. Data minimisation is enforced at the architecture level.
Security Architecture
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest uses AES-256 encryption. The platform supports on-premise and sovereign cloud deployment for organisations with strict data residency requirements.
Data Governance
RONGOshield™ maintains a complete, tamper-evident record of every incident from signal ingestion to closure. Audit records support SHA-256 verification, are exportable, and are structured for regulatory compliance and legal review.
Technology roadmap
Where we are. Where we're going.
Our roadmap reflects a long-term commitment to building infrastructure that improves with deployment experience — without compromising on governance or human oversight.
